What materials are your jewelry made of?
Our pieces are crafted with a hypoallergenic 304 Stainless Steel base and embellished with Austrian crystals, freshwater pearls, glass beads, and cubic zirconia.

Are your jewelry pieces suitable for people with allergies?
Yes, they are Nickel Free.

Can they be worn in water?
Yes, they won’t lose their color, tarnish, or darken.

How can I choose the right ring size?
Our ring sizes follow the Italian size chart. Simply wrap a piece of string around your finger, measure its length, and compare it with the Italian measurements chart, which is easily available online.

Do the jewelry pieces change appearance over time or with wear?
Jewelry may become slightly dull over time due to accumulated dirt. We recommend gently cleaning them with warm water and mild soap to restore their shine. In general, stainless steel does not deteriorate over time.

How can I care for my jewelry?
Store them in their pouches or jewelry boxes when not in use, wash them with warm water and mild soap, and dry them with a soft cloth to prevent scratches. You can also use the cleaning cloth included with every order.
For long-lasting shine, we recommend avoiding exposure to chemical products.
