You may return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items Eligible for Return

Items purchased by mistake or that do not meet the customer’s expectations

Items that arrive damaged or broken
(Please contact victoriajewels04@gmail.com, specifying the reason for the return and attaching photos of the defect) -
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all components (excluding gifts, stickers, or candies), and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Items showing signs of wear or dirt that compromise their integrity
Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the returned items are fully intact and show no signs of damage due to transport

After inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued (as agreed with the customer)

Refunds apply only to the value of the returned items, not to the shipping costs

Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions

Items must not show signs of prolonged use: only a brief try-on is acceptable. For hygiene reasons, returns with evident use of earrings, rings, necklaces, or bracelets will not be accepted

Returns without complete original packaging (including outer box or bubble pouch) will not be accepted

Gold-plated items may fade over time due to sweat, skin pH, or exposure to chemicals. Victoria Jewels is not responsible for such changes, and these items are not eligible for return

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer (except for defective items), and the package must be shipped with tracking
